  • Strict 10:00 AM
  • If you require a late check-out, please let us know 48 hours in advance and I shall confirm with you.
  • Late check-out is available for $25/hr, based on upcoming guest’s reservations and cleaning timelines, so that the space could be ready.
  • $50.00/hour penalty will be applied if guests fail to check-out by 10:00 AM, or the agreed upon late check-out time, due to our cleaners being on tight schedules.
  • Please wash dishes that are used. This is not included in cleaning fee.
  • Please place all towels and linens on floor next to bathroom.
  • Please throw all your waste away prior.

  • All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
  • There is a surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night that will be applied for each unapproved guest.
  • The inventory and cleaners are scheduled and prepared to provide maximum comfort according to the number of guests occupying the unit.

🚫🚬 NO SMOKING 🌬️🚫

  • A $500.00 fine will be applied if smoking (of any substance) in the unit is detected.
  • Please be mindful that removing smoke and nicotine smells etc, from the walls and furniture is an extremely time-consuming and expensive process.
  • Smoking is also prohibited on the balcony.

Please note that you may hear noises of the building as this is an older building with exposed brick ~ therefore sound proofing is not 100%.

  • There is a security camera on the front door of the unit for your safety. It only captures activity outside the unit.
  • Under no circumstances is the security camera to be tampered with.
  • The building management requires this camera to be functional at all times for each unit.
  • If the camera is removed or disabled, this will be deemed a violation of your booking.
  • A $500.00 fine will be applied to your booking if you violate the rules above.
  • Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and at time of check-out.
  • Please turn off lights when not in use and at time of check-out; let’s conserve energy.
  • Since we have all these security measures in place; We are not liable for any lost property you own. If you need assistance, we will be happy to review security footage for you and have building management assist you. Your safety is our top priority.

🐾 Our Furry Friends 🐾

  • Pets, max of 2, must be registered prior to check-in.
  • Pets have a one time fee of $150/each, max 2. For long term stays >28days, there’s additional $50/month as per building management.
  • A $500.00 fine will be charged if evidence of unregistered pets are discovered .
  • Pet rules must be respected:
    ~ Pets shall only potty outdoors and/or in designated areas in the community.
    ~ Pets should be calm and not aggressive
    ~ Preferably small pets less than 35lbs
    ~ Pets should stay OFF the bed, and please clean after their fur. Excessive pet hair will incur an extra cleaning and/or property damage charges
  • Guests who disrespect the community guidelines may be fined and/or have their reservation canceled without refund.

  • You can throw out trash in a sealed bag in the trash chute down the hall to the left on your floor.
  • Garbage should not accumulate in the unit, or extra cleaning fees may apply based on extent
  • Please breakdown all boxes and seal all trash bags to avoid malodors
  • Large boxes/bags or irregular items can be discarded in the trash rooms in the building.

  • We appreciate guests who value maintaining the rules and policies of the community.
  • By confirming this reservation, you are complying to respect any written unit rules and community policies in accordance with instructions to properly care for our property.
  • Any substantiated complaints from building management may result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund.
  • If you are in violation of any of our guest rules of conduct, there may be additional fees charged and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund.
