Cats & Dogs as pets are welcomed! For each pet, with a maximum of 2, there is a non-refundable pet fee of up to $150/pet and pet rent of $50/week for stays >7days. Weight should be less than 35lbs and pet should be calm.
Outdoor security cameras are present, but not inside the house.
Early check-in / Late check-out option available upon request and bookings.
Extra guest fees applies after 14 guests ($50/guest, including visitors)

- Each bedroom and the cleaner’s closets are equipped with locks.
- Bedroom locks are deactivated to allow free movement throughout the unit.
- If you require access to the cleaner’s closets, please contact us directly for assistance.
Reporting Lock Issues:
- If you experience any issues with the locks, please notify us immediately so we can address the matter promptly.
Smart Devices and Connectivity:
- For your convenience and safety, please do not disconnect the Wi-Fi or any connected devices, as these are essential for the proper functioning of the locks and smart systems.
- Any tampering with the smart lock system, will be penalized.
- A charge of $500/device will be fined

Please be advised that the fireplace in the game room is for decorative purposes only and is not operational for guest use.
For safety and insurance reasons, the chimney requires professional cleaning and inspection before it can be safely used.
Guests are strictly prohibited from using the fireplace.
